The stats are for 5e but the core concept should be pretty easily ported over to whatever system you use.
Incarnation of Fire
A creation of the Lord (Lords?) of Elemental Fire during the early ages of the world to spread their wrath and glory. A massive head crafted of ceramic and covered in innumerable chips, cracks, and scratches. It is human in design and unadorned save the 10 eyes upon its head in two columns of 5, each one an empty cavity stained with soot.
